Guild activity

Roles, rewards, forms, memberships and accounts on Guild.

Guild activity requirements check what a member has done on Guild itself: the roles and rewards they hold, the guilds they're in, the forms they submitted, the members they invited, the accounts they connected, how long they've used Guild, and where they sign in from.

What it's for

Progression: make a "Level 2" role require Have a role for "Level 1", plus something new.
Partnerships: give members of a partner guild a role in yours with Be a member of a guild or Have a role in their guild.
Applications: require Submitted a form, so a role unlocks once someone has applied. Only approved submissions count, so with Automatic approval off the role waits until you approve the submission. See Forms.
Referrals: require Invite members, so members who bring others in get a role. Referrals must be on for the guild. See Referrals.
Account hygiene: require Have connected an identity platform, such as a wallet or X, or Be a Guild user since a date.
Regions: require User location to be, or not be, a country.

Set it up

Under Who gets it, press Requirement, open Guild and pick a type.
Fill in the form:
- Be a member of a guild: pick the guild.
- Have a role and Have a reward: pick the guild, then the role or reward in it.
- Submitted a form: pick one of this guild's forms. Create forms first in the admin's Forms module.
- Have connected an identity platform: pick the platform.
- Be a Guild user since: pick the First Login Date and how to compare it.
- User location: pick the Country and how to compare it.
- Invite members: set Members to invite. It always counts invites to this guild.
Press Add requirement.

Gotchas

Submitted a form needs the Pro plan or above. See Plans.
A role that requires another role changes when that role does. If a member loses "Level 1", they lose "Level 2" with it.
User location uses the country Guild records from where the member signs in. Treat it as a rough signal, not proof of residence.

Examples

Level 2: Have a role, your guild, "Level 1"; and Points, at least 500.
Partner members: Be a member of a guild, your partner's guild.
Applicants: Submitted a form, your "Apply to Core" form.
Recruiters: Invite members, at least 3.
