Points

Have enough points in one of a guild's point systems.

A points requirement checks a member's balance in a point system, so a role unlocks once someone has collected enough points.

What it's for

Points turn into progression this way. Award points with Points rewards for joining, completing tasks or holding roles, then let higher roles require more points: Bronze at 100, Silver at 500, Gold at 2,000.

Set it up

  1. Under Who gets it, press Requirement and pick Points.
  2. Under Point, search for the point system and pick it. The list shows each system's name and the guild it belongs to.
  3. Set the Amount and how to compare it, for example Greater than or equal to 500, or Range 100 to 499 for a tier with an upper bound.
  4. Press Add requirement.

Gotchas

  • The balance is the member's current total, so it can go down as well as up. Depending on how the point system is set, points can be deducted when a member loses a role, leaves the guild, or when a reward is deleted. A member whose balance drops below the amount loses the role.
  • You can require points from another guild's point system, for example a partner's.
  • Use Range for tiers that shouldn't overlap, so a Gold member doesn't also hold Bronze.

Examples

  • Bronze: Points, your points, at least 100.
  • Silver only: Points, your points, Range 500 to 1,999.

Requirement type

This is the exact type the requirement picker offers, with its fields as you see them in the form.
