Verified person

Request the badge that says you are one real person.

A verified person badge tells others you are one real person. Guild reviews a request once, by hand, and the badge stays with your account.

Who can ask

You need Guild Plus and at least one connected account that shows you are not a throwaway. The request panel tells you exactly what is missing, in plain words, before you send anything.

How to request

Open Account, Verified person and press Request verification. Add a short note if it helps. A person at Guild reviews it. You will be told by notification when there is an answer. The review is by a person, so it takes time.

• Needs more information. The reviewer may ask one question. Reply in the panel and the review continues.
• Approved. The badge appears on your profile and hover card. Guilds can require it as a role requirement.
• Rejected. The panel says why. You can ask again after a waiting period, shown as a date.

Keeping it

A verification is valid for a period. The panel offers Renew before it ends, so the badge never lapses by surprise.

For guild admins

Add the requirement Be a verified person to any role. Members who have the badge meet it. Members who don't see a Get verified link that takes them to their account.
