World ID

Have a World ID profile.

A World ID requirement checks a member's connected World ID: how they verified, or the name on their World ID profile.

What it's for

World ID is a proof that an account belongs to a unique human. Use it to keep bots and duplicate accounts out of roles that carry real value: airdrops, votes, scarce rewards.

Set it up

1. Under Who gets it, press Requirement and pick World ID Profile.
2. Under Select what to check, choose:
   • Verification Level, then the level: Orb, Device, Document or Secure Document. Orb verification, done in person at a World Orb, is the strongest proof of a unique human.
   • Given Name or Family Name, then the value to compare.
3. Press Add requirement.

Gotchas

• Members must connect their World ID to Guild.
• Name fields are only as reliable as what the member's World ID carries. Use the verification level for sybil resistance, not names.

Examples

• Verified humans: World ID Profile, Verification Level, Orb.
• Any verified human: two World ID requirements, Orb and Document, with Any one.
