Farcaster

Follow a profile, have followers, or something in a profile.

Farcaster requirements check a member's connected Farcaster account: whether it follows a profile, how many followers it has, or what its profile says.

What it's for

• Grow your Farcaster presence: a role for everyone who follows your account.
• Reward established users: at least 500 followers.
• Gate on identity: a username or bio that contains a word, or a specific FID.

Set it up

1. Under Who gets it, press Requirement, open Farcaster and pick a type.
2. Fill in the form:
   • Follow a profile: search for the account by username and pick it. Leave Should follow the above user ticked to require following it, or untick it to require not following it.
   • Have at least [x] followers: set the number and how to compare it.
   • Have something in your profile: under Select what to check, choose Bio, Display Name, Fid or Username, and the value.
3. Press Add requirement.

Gotchas

• Members must connect their Farcaster account to Guild.
• An FID is the account's permanent number on Farcaster. Usernames can change, so check an FID when it matters who the account is.

Examples

• Followers: Follow a profile, your project's account.
• Known casters: Have at least [x] followers, at least 1,000.
• Team: Have something in your profile, Bio, contains "@yourproject".
