Members and analytics

Your member directory and exports, campaign analytics and the audit log.

Three parts of the admin panel tell you about the people in your guild: Members lists who they are and exports them, Analytics shows how your pages and roles perform, and Audit log records what members and admins did.

All three treat each page of your guild as a campaign: the page with the roles on it. A new page shows up as a campaign on its own.

Members

Members is the member directory. Each row shows the member, their Current roles, the Rewards claimed, their Country and when they Joined. Sort by join date with Newest members first or Oldest members first.

Choose an audience

Pick one filter at a time:

  • All members: everyone in the guild.
  • Campaign: members who hold any of a page's roles right now.
  • Roles: members who hold all the roles you pick.
  • Rewards: members who claimed all the rewards you pick.
  • Country: members from any of the countries you pick.
  • Identity search: find members by wallet, username or email.

The filter is kept in the page's address, so you can share a link to the same audience with another admin. With a campaign selected, Campaign activity opens its events in the audit log, and Campaign analytics opens its numbers in Analytics.

Member details

Select a member to see their details: when they joined, the roles they hold, and the rewards linked to those roles, each marked Claimed or Not claimed.

On the free plan, members are shown by their wallets only. Their connected Discord, X, GitHub and other accounts are shown on Pro and above. See Plans.

Export members

Press Export audience, check what the export will include, and press Export CSV. The export runs in the background; download it with Download CSV when it's ready. Recent exports lists earlier exports with the filters each one used. Each download stays available for 24 hours.

You can export all members, a campaign, roles, rewards or countries. Search results can't be exported. Exports include connected accounts such as Discord, X and GitHub on the Growth plan and above.

Analytics

Analytics needs the Pro plan or above. Pick a period of 7 days, 30 days or 90 days at the top, then one of two views.

Campaigns

Campaigns compares your pages. For each one it shows:

  • Visitors: how many browsers opened the page. A visitor is a browser, not a Guild account.
  • Page views: how often the page was opened.
  • Unique role earners: members who got any of the page's roles in the period.
  • Role unlocks and losses: how often its roles were gained and lost. A member who gains a role twice counts twice.
  • Current role memberships: how many members hold the page's roles now, with each role counted on its own.

Search pages and roles by name, filter by Published, Hidden or Gated, and sort by Newest first, Most role earners or Most visitors. Export CSV downloads the comparison.

Press Details on a campaign for Role performance, what members earned and lost per role, and Campaign rewards, the claims in the period. From there, View members opens the campaign's audience in Members, and View activity opens its events in the audit log.

A role can be on more than one page, so don't add campaigns up: one member can count in several. Reward claims are shown only for rewards that belong to a single page.

Community

Community covers the whole guild: Guild members shows membership, joins and leaves over time, Visitors & active members sets unique visitors against members who took part, and Reward claims shows what members claimed in the period.

Audit log

The Audit log has two tabs:

  • Member activity: memberships, roles and rewards. For example joining or leaving the guild, getting or losing a role, claiming a reward, points added or deducted, connecting an account and submitting a form.
  • Admin actions: changes to the guild and admin actions. For example creating, editing and deleting roles, changing guild settings, granting points, creating API keys and exporting members.

Filter by Period: the last 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, or Custom dates up to 90 days. On Member activity you can also pick a Campaign to see only events about that page's current roles. Joins and rewards shared between pages can't be tied to one campaign, so they don't show there. Pick an Event to see one kind. Times are in your local time.

The newest page refreshes every 30 seconds. Use Older and Newer to page through, and select an event for its details: who did it, what it affected and when.

The log shows recorded events, not unique people: the same role access can be recorded more than once, and identical recordings are grouped.
