A coming soon page with a countdown, waiting list and early access.

A guild that has not opened yet can show a coming soon page with a countdown, a waiting list and early access for Guild Plus members.

For members

On a coming soon guild you can:

  • Notify me. Get a message the moment it opens, in Guild and wherever you turned notifications on. Tick Also email me to get an email too. Control this under Guild launches in your notification settings.
  • Pre-register with Guild Plus. You get a reserved low number, shown as You're #42, a Founding member badge and early access before the doors open to everyone. When early access starts, press Join now.

Free members see what pre-registering gives and a link to Plus.

Guilds you asked to hear about or pre-registered for are listed under Your upcoming guilds in your account, with your reserved number and how long is left. On Explore, a Pre-registered tag marks them in the Coming soon shelf.

For guild admins

Open Admin, Launch.

  1. Set the opening date, or write your own words such as "Early December".
  2. Choose how many hours of early access pre-registered members get.
  3. Under Reserved numbers, pick a numbered role and press Hold #1 to #100. Those numbers go to pre-registrations, in order, and nobody else can take them.
  4. Upload a Banner for the page if you like (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF; your guild cover is used when empty).
  5. Watch the counts and the pre-registered list. It loads 50 at a time (Load more), and Export CSV downloads all of it: name, profile, reserved number, joined or waiting, and when they registered.
  6. Launch now opens the guild early. Cancel launch takes the page down.

Until the guild opens, visitors see the landing page. Admins see the real guild with a Coming soon, preview banner. A guild that already has members cannot be set to coming soon. Upcoming guilds are listed on Explore under Coming soon.
